    All paid plans are available on monthly or annual billing. Annual billing gives you a 20% discount compared to monthly.

    Submission limits

    Forms tracks how many submissions your workspace processes each calendar month.

    • At 80% of your monthly limit, Forms sends a warning email to workspace admins.
    • At 100%, new submissions are saved with a QUEUED status and are not synced to Attio until capacity is restored.
    • At 110% (a hard cap applied to prevent runaway usage), new submissions are rejected and respondents see an error message. Upgrade immediately to resume accepting submissions.

    Queued submissions are not lost; they are stored safely and can be synced once you upgrade or your monthly limit resets.

    How to upgrade

    1. Go to Dashboard → Settings → Billing.
    2. Click Change Plan.
    3. Select the plan you want.
    4. Enter payment details if prompted.

    The upgrade takes effect immediately and your new submission limit applies right away.

    How to downgrade

    Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. Until then, you keep your current plan's features and limits. After the billing period ends, your workspace switches to the lower plan.

    If your current usage exceeds the lower plan's limits (e.g. you have 5 forms but are downgrading to Starter which allows 3), you will need to delete or archive forms before the downgrade takes effect.

    How to cancel

    1. Go to Dashboard → Settings → Billing.
    2. Click Cancel plan.

    Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. After that, your workspace reverts to the Free plan. All your forms, submissions, and data are retained, only the plan limits change.
